On October 2, the CIESP/FIESP Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, together with New Voices and Georgetown Law, will host a discussion on the challenges involved in taking evidence in transnational arbitration.
The panel will address different approaches to document production under the IBA Rules and the Prague Rules, burden and admissibility of evidence, expert and witness evidence, allocation of costs, and assistance from national courts.
The discussion will bring together Anne Marie Whitesell, Adriana Braghetta, Eduardo Damião Gonçalves and Flávio Luiz Yarshell, moderated by Luís Felipe Baquedano.
